All our products are charged on a monthly basis. However we also offer the option to pay on a quarterly or annual basis and receive a discount of 5% or 10% respectively. This is selected as the default for the comparison table as this is the most common period for which our services are charged.

Unmetered bandwidth is charged by the uplink speed (e.g. 10G, 25G, 40G or 100G) as listed on the respective uplink of a server. Most bare-metal as well as cloud servers have a generous monthly transfer-allowance. As soon as this is exceeded, bandwidth is charged by the Tier (per TB) as indicated on every plan card.

Note that if you exceed the included traffic for your GPU server in a given month, you will be charged per-TB for the excess traffic. This rate is listed on the specific plan page for your GPU server. For example, on our large GPU servers, the first 20TB of transfer are included in the monthly fee. After that, you will be charged $0.06 per TB for the remainder of the month. As mentioned above, we do not charge per-GB egress like the hyperscalers do - this can add up very quickly for large uploads.

99.997% SLA for all our plans. We measure this at the network edge (not at server level). Service credits automatically added where we fail to meet this SLA.

The end. This is applicable to all monthly plans - we have no fixed term, no minimum contract and there are no exit fees. Invoices for renewal of monthly plans will be generated 7 days prior to the end of the current billing period for retail customers and for resellers as well. The reseller will have a 48 hour period after the invoice has been generated in which to cancel without any charges.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as SEPA direct debit for EU customers. We also accept wire transfers and all Crypto currencies (via BitPay). Last but not least we also accept payments via PayPal. In case of annual contracts we can send the renewal invoice for the following quarters as well.
