Data residency
EU Customers hosted out of our EU datacenters in Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Groningen, Frankfurt, Stockholm and Bucharest will receive EU-resident hosting from an EU entity with EU based support staff. Our GDPR-aligned operations and signed DPAs with various EU entities make us suitable for security-review-heavy enterprise procurement cycles.
Continuous audit
We get certified and get to renew annually as part of the normal audit cycle of the respective bodies. In the meantime we keep a close eye on the security with internal monitoring and do a self-assessment on a quarterly basis to keep the security posture "fresh" between the certificates of certification for renewal, not a year of "compliance theater".
