Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies netrouting.com and shop.netrouting.com use, why, and how you decide which ones we may use. It covers our own cookies and those of the services we build on.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you allow. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are always on. Everything else is off until you allow it, category by category, and nothing is pre-ticked. Refusing is as easy as accepting: "Reject all" and "Accept all" sit side by side.
One answer covers netrouting.com and shop.netrouting.com, and it travels with your cart to checkout on amoni.app, so you are not asked again along the way. You can change your mind at any time through Cookie Settings, which also sits at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect what happened before you withdrew it.
We keep a record of each decision (allowing, refusing, or changing your mind) so that we can show consent was asked for and given. The record holds a random identifier, the categories you chose, the version of the banner, the page you were on, and the time. It does not hold your name or email address.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser, so that it can recognize your browser on a later page or visit. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way, and this policy treats them the same. Cookies set by the site you visit are first-party cookies; cookies set by another service running on that page are third-party cookies.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work, keep it secure, and remember the choice you made in the banner. They need no consent, and you cannot switch them off in the banner. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site, such as the cart or signing in, will then stop working.

Our forms also run a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which tells people from bots so spam stays out. It does this in your browser without setting a tracking cookie.
Live chat
The chat button at the bottom of each page is provided by Tawk.to. It loads on every page so that you can start a conversation with our team at any time, and it uses these cookies to keep a conversation connected as you move between pages. Tawk.to processes chat messages under its privacy policy.

Preferences
Only with your consent. These remember choices you make, so they are still there on your next visit. We do not currently set any cookies in this category; if we add one, it will be listed here and will wait for your yes.
Statistics
Only with your consent. These let us count how pages are used and see where people get stuck, so we can fix it. The results are aggregated and are not used to identify you.

Marketing
Only with your consent. These let us see which campaign brought you to our site, and tell the advertising platform when a visit led to an order, so we can measure what our advertising is worth.

If you say no
Declining Statistics or Marketing stops the cookies above from being set or read. Our pages use Google's Consent Mode: Google's tag is told you declined, and it may still send Google a basic signal that a page was viewed, without cookies and without any identifier for you or your browser. We do not receive anything from it that identifies you.
Two measurement tools we use set no cookies, so they run for everyone: Ahrefs Web Analytics on netrouting.com and Cloudflare Web Analytics on amoni.app. They count page views in aggregate and do not identify you.
Checkout and your account
Checkout and your customer account run on amoni.app, our customer platform. It receives the choice you made here, so you are not asked twice. Address suggestions in its forms are described under Address Lookup in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
