For all items in our catalog we grant a margin of 10% in the first month, and then 10% each following month, up to 30% at €15,000 / MRR. The margin applies for all SKUs of all items in our catalog, also for the configurable options of a product.

Can I white-label the dashboard?

No! Your customers will see your logo and company information on our control panel. We even provide a co-branded page on our website that outlines the partner-status of the reseller. Your customers will also receive a dedicated NOC contact just like normal customers.

Which billing platforms are supported?

For the 3 main billing apps (WHMCS, HostBill and Blesta) we have a fully integrated module for provisioning the servers and other products within their own billing application. For any other billing application (even custom built ones) we have a full REST API available for automating the provisioning of all our products.

How does it work for affiliates as opposed to resellers?

Reseller: the reseller is selling our services under his own brand, providing customer service to his clients. Affiliate: the affiliate is getting a commission on the referred services, without being required to provide customer service to the clients of the referred services.

Is there a cost to join the reseller program?

There is no registration fee for the reseller program. We do have a minimum spend required to get the best discounts however.

Do I need to have my own support team?

Yes. As a reseller under your own brand you will be responsible for the support of your customers. However, we can act as an extension of your support team in regards to hardware and network related issues within our services.

How can I test the network performance for Netrouting's streaming services?

We provide our speedtest information and test-ips on our locations page. With this information you can do your own tests to assess the network performance and speed. We ensure that the network has the quality and speed required for video streaming.

Is the bandwidth dedicated or shared?

Netrouting provides dedicated uplink ports (e.g. 1GbE, 10GbE). This means that there is dedicated bandwidth and a dedicated uplink port, which means that there is no loss of performance and quality caused by shared uplink usage as found with other providers.
