We are fully compliant with several international standards at all of our data centers, such as the ISO 9001 (quality management) and the well-known ISO 27001 (information security) and the SOC 2 (security). Of course, we also have facility specific compliance details. The Miami data center for example is fully compliant and certified under the SOC 2 standard. Our Remote Hands services are offered in three different varieties, Expedited, Standard/Scheduled and Remote Hands Scheduled. And as part of The Netrouting Guarantee, and also with the majority of our Colocation contracts, our customers receive courtesy Remote Hands for simple tasks such as installing a new server cabinet or connecting up a number of cables. Yes. We support BYOIP as well as BGP sessions with customer ASNs in all of our locations. We also support RPKI ROAs and IRR records for our customers in our Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure proper routing and security on the internet. N+1 redundant UPSes and automatic transfer switches powering N+1 redundant generators with hot and cold aisle containment and PUE optimized airflow in all facilities. The Hague Datacenter also offers A&B powered cabinets for customers who want to run in an active-active configuration.

Every city page now includes the public test IP address for that location, as well as a link to 100 MB, 1 GB and 10 GB test files. You can download these files from the location nearest to you with curl or wget, or download them from your browser.

For our Disaster Recovery (DR) sites, we have our location in Stockholm as secondary / DR region for our facilities in The Hague and Miami. For our locations in APAC we have our location in Hong Kong as secondary / DR site. The private backbone between the primary and the DR sites is connected for our customers, free of charge for the data transfer between the regions where the primary site and the DR site is located. We can support our customers with both an active-active and with a warm-standby topology for their applications.
