Preparing for Server Installation
Documentation and Identification
- Valid ID Required: All visitors must present a government-issued passport or a locally recognized ID such as a driver's license or ID card, pertinent to the facility's country.
Server Requirements
- Rack Compatibility: Servers must be 19" rack-mountable and come equipped with rack-rails. To maintain the integrity of our data center environment, we cannot accommodate desktop equipment or rackmount servers lacking rail-kits.
Installation Support and Resources
What Netrouting Offers
- Guided Installation: On the day of setup, a Netrouting team member will escort you to your designated space, providing assistance with the physical installation of your server.
- Facility Introduction: We ensure you're familiar with our facility's rules, regulations, and access procedures, including biometric setup when applicable.
