MASTER SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
This MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT, along with each executed Service Order and the additional component documents listed in Section 7, constitutes a binding agreement between Netrouting and Customer. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions by which Netrouting provides the Colocation Services, use of the Company Network and access to the Data Center and Customer Space to Customer.
Nederland ICT Terms and Conditions
These Nederland ICT Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and contracts pursuant to which the supplier delivers goods and/or services of any nature whatsoever and under whatever name to the Customer.
SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT FOR NETWORK SERVICES
This Service Level Agreement is a component of the Master Services Agreement between Netrouting (“Netrouting”) and Customer. The purpose of this SLA is to outline the service level standards by which Netrouting ensures to deliver Network Services to Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Netrouting will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Network Services in accordance with the rigorous Service Level Objectives set forth below. The SLA Objectives and Service Level Credits specified below do not apply to any Customer Equipment and/or any issues or disruptions arising therefrom or a Force Majeure event.

Along with the Standard Clauses for Data Processing, this Data Pro Statement constitutes the data processing agreement for the product or service provided by the company that has drawn up this Data Pro Statement.
SUBPOENA RESPONSE POLICY
Netrouting respects the privacy of its customers. In accordance with relevant laws, Netrouting policy prohibits the release of customer or account information except when required by law or in compliance with legal process served on Netrouting and/or its affiliated entities.
The purpose of the Escalation Policy & Procedure is to connect customers and third parties with Netrouting personnel in the rare occurrence of a failure, concern, incident or complaint.
REPORTING UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR
